We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a 12 hours cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 12 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

 

Cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 12 hours period will be referred to the Chuky's Detail Manager and may result in a cancelled booking fee (which will be equal to $50).

Clients who make a booking and  fail to be at according location for their appointment (and have not contacted Chuky's Detail to cancel their appointment), may result in a cancelled booking (which will be equal to $50).

Chuky'sDetail.com do not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.
